Centurion Corporation Limited (“Centurion” or the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is a leading provider of specialised Living Sector accommodation, owning and managing a global portfolio of purpose-built worker accommodation (“PBWA”) and purpose-built student accommodation (“PBSA”) assets. The Group operates across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong SAR, China, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The Group is also the sponsor of Centurion Accommodation REIT (“CAREIT”), Singapore’s first pure-play purpose-built living accommodation REIT listed on the Singapore Exchange. The Group’s worker accommodation assets are managed under the established “Westlite Accommodation” brand, while its operational student accommodation assets are managed under the “Dwell” and “EPIISOD” brands. In 2025, the Group launched its premium PBSA brand, EPIISOD. The brand’s first asset, EPIISOD Macquarie Park in Sydney, became operational in January 2026.

As at 31 March 2026, the Group manages a strong portfolio of 41 operational accommodation assets totalling c.83,482 beds, including assets owned and operated by the Group as well as assets owned by CAREIT and other third-party owners. CAREIT’s assets are managed by Centurion Asset Management Pte. Ltd., the Group’s wholly-owned REIT management subsidiary. Centurion holds approximately 42.9% of CAREIT units in issue.
