Westlite Permas Jaya is a purpose-built worker accommodation located in Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru. Acquired by Centurion in September 2025 as part of the Harum Megah Resources acquisition, it is one of the Group’s larger Malaysia assets with a capacity of c.2,400 beds.
The property is licensed as a Centralised Labour Quarters (“CLQ”) and operates in compliance with Malaysia’s Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990 (“Act 446”). Located within an established township and industrial area in eastern Johor Bahru, the property serves workers primarily in the manufacturing sector.
