CENTURION’S COMMITMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND RESIDENTS DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS
Centurion activated our Pandemic Management Plan (PMP) in mid-Jan 2020. Since then, we have progressively stepped the extent and frequency of precautionary measures taken at our dormitories, as the situation has developed.
Our Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) monitors the situation across our assets and provide daily updates to the Pandemic Task Force on situational developments and operational needs. The well-being of our worker and student residents is our highest priority, and we are doing our utmost to ensure their physical and mental well-being during this COVID-19 outbreak.
We work closely with the relevant authorities, industry partners and affected stakeholders in the local communities of each city where we operate, to manage and contain or reduce the risk within our accommodation properties. We are also communicating with the affected stakeholders of each market and property, as the situation evolves.
The Group has provided a statement on the impact assessment related to COVID-19 in our FY2019 results announcement and also in our Annual Report 2020. We continue to monitor the situation closely and will make further announcements when appropriate.
Westlite, our workers dormitory management platform, has been updating the wider stakeholder public, including client-employers, residents and the media, of the operational situation in our dormitories and the measures we have taken in line with government advisories. Our student accommodation operator, dwell Student Living, has also been updating our residents, their parents or guardians, as well as the universities and student agent partners on the measures we have in place.

OUR COVID-19 MEASURES
The world is currently dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, and we know this is a period of worry and uncertainty for our residents, staff, and their families. As one of the leading providers of specialised accommodation in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, The United Kingdom and The United States of America, it is of paramount importance that we provide a safe and secure living environment for our residents.
At dwell Student Living and Westlite Accommodation, the safety and wellbeing of our residents is our utmost concern and we are committed to providing them with a safe and secure living community.
Precautionary measures have been implemented across all our accommodations to keep our residents and staff safe and healthy. We have also established systems, processes and facilities to mitigate the potential risks as we safeguard our accommodation community against the COVID-19. These measures are based on recommendations from the local health departments and statements from World Health Organisation.
