Westlite Mandai is a purpose-built worker accommodation located within Mandai Estate. The property is sited on a 32-year leasehold from 2025, with an option to renew for a further 30 years and has a capacity of c.9,986 beds following completion of an Asset Enhancement Initiative in January 2026.
