Shareholders who have any questions in relation to the items of the agenda of the EGM can submit questions in advance, by 2:00 pm on 7 September 2025, here. Alternatively, you may:
(i) annex your questions to your Proxy Forms (if submitted personally or by post or email); or
(ii) email your questions with your name and identification number to egm@centurioncorp.com.sg.
